How it works

Seven steps, the way productions already run.

Each step is a tab in the workspace with its own editor. The Director moves the project forward; you approve at every stage and can take the wheel whenever you want.

  1. 01Script

Paste a brief or upload a track. The Director drafts a treatment, then a timed script you edit line by line.

    Timed script

  2. 02Assets

Characters, locations, products and styles become an Asset Bible with reference images, reused in every shot.

    Asset Bible

  3. 03Storyboard

Every beat becomes a shot: duration, camera, cast, a pencil frame and a model-ready prompt with a live quote.

    Boards

  4. 04Previz

Pencil frames cut into a timed animatic with scratch VO, shared for sign-off before any video credit is spent.

    Animatic

  5. 05Shots

One render plan, a model per shot, one quote. Takes land next to their board; you pick the one for the cut.

    Final takes

  6. 06Timeline

The chosen takes assemble into a multitrack cut. Trim, reorder or regenerate one shot without redoing the rest.

    The cut

  7. 07Deliver

Masters, review links with timecoded comments, and a relink bundle for Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut.

The Director

An agent that runs the production, on your terms.

A Claude-powered Director drives the project from brief to delivery. It writes, boards and plans, then waits for your call before anything costs money.

  • Checkpoints you approve

Treatment, script, cast, boards, animatic, render plan, cut. The Director proposes each one and stops until you approve, revise or take over.

  • Budgets it cannot exceed

No video credits are spent before the animatic is approved. Set a project budget and any proposal that would go over it is refused, with the numbers.

  • The same tools you can use

The Director works through the Vexel MCP server, the same tools your own Claude Code, Cursor or scripts can call. No hidden shortcuts.

Every model, one meter

Pick the right model per shot. Pay in one currency.

Seedance for motion, Veo for sound and polish, Nano Banana and Seedream for stills. Mix them inside one storyboard; everything draws on the same credit balance.

  • Seedance 2.0 Mini · 5 s shot, 720p≈ 23 cr
  • Veo 3.1 Fast · 8 s shot, 720p with audio≈ 120 cr
  • Seedance 2.0 · 5 s shot, 720p≈ 126 cr

Estimates from current provider list prices. The app shows the exact quote before every job.

  • Quoted before it runs

Every shot and image shows its credit cost first, from the model’s real pricing. Batches get one quote.

  • Held, then settled

Credits are held when a job starts and settled to the actual cost when it finishes. You never pay more than the hold.

  • Failures cost nothing

A failed or cancelled job releases its hold automatically. The ledger records every movement.

Pro handoff

Finish in Premiere or Resolve, not in a browser.

Nobody finishes a paid job in a web timeline. Deliver exports the cut with every clip and stem, so your editor relinks and keeps going.

  • Clip names, in and out points and audio tracks survive the round trip.
  • Audio lands in Premiere as linked stereo pairs, with stems for the mix.
  • H.264 and ProRes masters, plus review links with timecoded comments and approvals.

FAQ

Questions directors ask

The short answers to what directors ask before their first project.

What is a credit?
The one unit every model is priced in. Each job is quoted in credits before it runs, from the provider’s real price, so you can compare a Seedance shot with a Veo shot on the same scale.
Do failed generations cost credits?
No. Credits are held when a job starts and settled to the actual cost when it finishes. If a job fails or you cancel it, the hold is released in full.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes 200 credits once, enough to take a short idea through script, boards and a few test shots. No card needed.
Can I use Vexel from Claude Code or my own scripts?
Yes, on Pro and Max. The Director works through the Vexel MCP server, and the same tools are available to your own MCP clients, such as Claude Code or Cursor.
Can I finish the edit in Premiere or Resolve?
Yes. Deliver exports Premiere XML, FCPXML and OpenTimelineIO, plus a relink bundle with every source clip, audio stems and a README for the editor.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing, through Stripe’s customer portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
